kindred spirit

i guess that's what you'd call someone whose thoughts and feelings are so close to your own that they make you feel like you're looking into a mirror. well, i came upon this blog http://kaylaaimee.typepad.com/shiftingsand/
tonight, and it is simply: amazing. these "musing at 25" from kayla aimee, an extremely talented artist, just cut through all the layers of fluff we all build around us and strip us down to the commonalities we share. her writings are inspired, sweet, sensitive, and deeply truthful. i will warn you, though, her blog is highly addictive, so visit when you have some time to sit back and enjoy her posts like a good book. wow, i wish i had been that eloquent and intelligent at 25! then again, perhaps i just don't share in the same level of "exhortation" (one of her spiritual gifts . . . definitely)!
